Frequently Asked Questions
1. Once the credit repair is done, will the information come back onto my credit report?
Anything that comes off your credit report can come back, however, most people doing
credit repair are neither knowledgeable or thorough in what they are doing - therefore,
the majority of what they take off tends to come back. When you do a thorough job,
very little ever returns. However, it is still possible. When we find something that
comes back, we will remove it a second time completely free of charge, thus solving the
problem in most all cases.
2. What other charges are there?
None. As long as this remains an active account and you are providing us with the
information that the credit bureaus send to you. If you stop sending us this information
for a period of 6 months, then we will close out this case and you would have to pay to
begin anew. If you misplace reports and we have to order new ones, we will charge
you $10 each to replace what you have lost.
3. Will this remove everything from my credit report?
Only the bad credit. We do not touch good credit. We are only responsible for what is
on your credit report when you begin with us. If you add new credit items that need
repair, then you will have to pay all over again to remove it.
4. Will this wipe out my debts?
Absolutely not. All we can do is restore your credit so that you can use it again. If we
remove an item, it just will not show on your credit report. However, you still owe the
debt to the creditor. We strongly advise people to pay their debts.
5. How do you obtain your customers?
In general, we do not rely on advertising, but by word-of-mouth instead - people
telling people that they know what we have done for them. By this method, we have
been able to spread to all 50 states and 15 foreign countries. We are blessed by the thousands of very satisfied customers.
6. Why do you do this?
We believe that it is unfair to penalize people 7-10 years, giving companies excuses to
raise our interest rates and take money from our families. I believe people deserve a
second chance. It is proven by the many thousands that have gone through this
process and that now keep their credit clean. It has taught them values that they now
teach to their families. Very few people have to return to us after we have completed
their initial credit restoration process.
7. Is this good for the country?
We are a country of second chances. Restoration is always good. This has been
proven through more than 95% of our customers who have retained their good credit
standing that second chances are good for them, for the country, for the economy and
also for the credit bureaus. I believe that the credit bureaus should promote this type
of service, showing their interest in a good and sound economy.
